15 tph SZL series coal-fired steam boiler project for medical universities

Steam boilers are indispensable logistics support equipment in medical universities. Steam is required to disinfect various utensils for both daily teaching and scientific research. China Medical University, established in 1931, is a key university in China's high-level universities.
In order to ensure adequate steam supply in the daily teaching and research experiments, China Medical University decided to purchase two sets of steam boilers with stable operation and easy operation. ZOZEN reached a cooperation with China Medical University on the procurement project of SZL series coal-fired steam boiler system due to its high market share and good reputation in the northern region. SZL series coal-fired boilers are chain grate water tube boilers designed by ZOZEN technicians on the basis of advanced technology and experience. The technology, performance and environmental protection indicators of SZL series coal-fired boilers are superior to similar products on the market.
This series of coal-fired boilers adopts a light chain grate, which ensures the full combustion of coal through the grate fire combustion technology, scientific furnace arch design and reasonable air distribution. The thermal efficiency is more than 5% higher than that of the conventional boiler system. Meanwhile, this series of boilers features strong safety performance and is equipped with the protection of extremely low water level electrodes, which is interlocked with drums and induced draft fans to ensure the water level safety during boiler operation.
