20 tph & 25 tph SZS series gas-fired steam boilers for rubber industry

As environmental problems have become increasingly prominent, as a national high-tech enterprise, Haida Group has increased investment in environmental protection equipment and facilities and decided to implement the coal-to-gas conversion boiler project. After many investigations and comparisons, Haida Group purchased the SZS series gas-fired steam boiler from ZOZEN. The combustion chamber of this series of boilers adopts full membrane water wall structure, the combustion method adopts micro-positive pressure combustion to ensure no cross-talk problem or no pollution in the operating environment. Meanwhile, the large-volume furnace is equipped with an advanced low NOx burner to ensure sufficient fuel combustion and achieve the NOx emission less than 30mg/m³. According to the actual use requirements of Haida Group, ZOZEN installed energy-saving devices at the tail flue, increasing the thermal efficiency as high as 98%.
