6 tph WNS series condensing gas-fired steam boiler for battery industry

In the technological process of the battery production, many key links are inseparable from the heat source provided by the boiler. Whether the boiler operation is stable and efficient will directly affect the efficiency of the battery enterprise. Harbin Coslight Battery Co., Ltd. was established in 1997. It mainly produces lead-acid batteries and accessories. It is currently one of the largest manufacturers of valve-regulated sealed lead-acid batteries in China. With the continuous development of foreign markets, Coslight battery has been in short supply, and the production capacity has been further expanded and upgraded.
In 2014, Cosligtht Battery and ZOZEN achieved the first cooperation and Cosligtht Battery was very satisfied with the performance of all aspects of the boiler system. After then, Cosligtht Battery purchased several sets of WNS series boilers fueled by clean energy natural gas to meet the expanding production capacity and the strict environmental protection regulations in 2016 and 2017. This series of gas-fired steam boilers has a large-diameter furnace space and is equipped with an advanced low NOx burner to easily achieve low emissions of NOx ≤ 30mg/m³  with excellent environmental performance. Not only that, the full-corrugated furnace of WNS series gas-fired boiler has good thermal expansion, which ensures the safety of the boiler as well as expanding the heating surface. With the energy-saving devices added at the tail of the flue, the exhaust gas temperature can be reduced to 60 degrees and the thermal efficiency is as high as 98%.
