30 tph SZS series condensing gas-fired steam boiler project for chemical industry

This series of boilers is designed with longitudinal double drums and "D" type chamber structure, the combustion chamber adopts full membrane water wall structure, the combustion method adopts micro-positive pressure combustion to ensure no cross-talk problem or no pollution in the operating environment. Meanwhile, the large-volume furnace is equipped with an advanced low NOx burner to ensure sufficient fuel combustion and achieve the NOx emission less than 30mg/m³. The spiral finned tube economizer is also arranged at the tail of the boiler, which effectively reduces the flue gas temperature and makes the boiler thermal efficiency as high as 98%.
