SZS series gas-fired superheated steam boiler project for heating industry

Xinzheng Heli Thermal Co., Ltd. is a company specializing in heat energy production and central heating supplying, providing heat source for winter heating for people in Xinzheng . Facing the increasingly serious environmental problems, Xinzheng Heli decided to respond positively to the "coal to gas" policy, using clean energy natural gas as boiler fuel and introducing high efficient gas-fired boilers to replace the original coal-fired boilers. For this, Xinzheng Heli Thermal carried out an open bidding. After competitive bidding and strict selection,ZOZEN defeated other competitors and won the bid with its comprehensive corporate strength. The winning bid was ZOZEN energy saving and environmental protection product - SZS series condensing gas-fired superheated steam boiler (3 sets of SZS75-1.6-Q). The furnace and the front and rear walls of this series of boilers adopt membrane water wall structure, and the airtightness is good. The large furnace design is combined with an advanced ultra-low NOx burner to ensure sufficient fuel combustion, controlling the NOx emissions below 30mg/m³ and the thermal efficiency up to 98%. At the same time, the boilers adopted the flue gas recirculation technology and were equipped with economizers and condensers at the tail of the boiler flue, which not only followed the concept of energy conservation and environmental protection, but also met the thermal energy requirements required by the project.
