4 tph WNS gas-fired fire tube boiler project for paper industry

The processes of printing and packaging cartons need a lot of steam heat source, hence, the performance of a steam boiler has a direct influence on the production lines of cartons. Nanjing Shengxi Packaging and Printing Co., Ltd., established in 1981, is one of the backbone enterprises of paper industry in Nanjing. As a professional enterprise specialized in manufacturing cartons and color boxes, Nanjing Shengxi Packaging and Printing Co., Ltd. employs four production lines, providing all kinds of packaging products for Nanjing Cigarette Factory, Coca-Cola Company, Philips Lighting and Mengniu Dairy. With the increasing scale of production, the company's demand for steam is growing day by day; meanwhile, the increasingly stringent environmental requirements are driving the company to transform into "green printing and packaging"; obsoleting old equipment and introducing energy-efficient boiler had been their top priority. During the communication, the manager of ZOZEN learned that the company used natural gas as boiler fuel and the nitric oxides (NOx) of flue gas must be below 30mg/Nm³, then ZOZEN recommended two sets of WNS series gas-fired steam boilers for Nanjing Shengxi. This series of boilers adopts a large-diameter corrugated furnace to ensure the full combustion. In addition, the boiler is equipped with a low NOx burner to effectively reduce the NOx emission; the efficient heat transfer element thread smoke tubes enhance the heat transfer and effectively improve the thermal efficiency; furthermore, the sufficient storage areas of steam and heating surface ensure the the high quality and high efficient outlet steam.
