4 tph WNS gas-fired fire tube boiler project for dairy industry

As the key device in the production line of dairy industry, a steam boiler provides a plenty of steam for many production processes including distilling, disinfecting and sterilizing; a high-performance steam boiler has a direct impact on the product quality. Guangxi Shibu Dairy Industry Co., Ltd., established in 1995, has been developed into a large modern dairy enterprise mainly producing dairy products. To meet the increasing market demands, Shibu Dairy has introduced 28 domestic and international production lines as well as building a well-organized milk source base and a cold chain transportation system of fresh milk. A steam boiler plays a significant part in the production line; therefore, Shibu Dairy treated the purchase of the steam boiler as the top priority, they held a large-scale public bidding all over the country to seek the high efficient and environmentally friendly gas-fired boiler. ZOZEN successfully won the bid with its premium products and systematic solutions and provided them with 2 sets of WNS gas-fired steam boilers (WNS4-1.25-Q). This series of boiler adopts a large-diameter corrugated furnace to increase furnace heat transfer area, ensuring the stable running of the boilers. In addition, the boiler is equipped with a low NOx burner to reduce the NOx emission; furthermore, ZOZEN also installed economizer and condenser on the tail of the gas-fired boiler, which will effectively improve the thermal efficiency up to 98%.
