40 tph SZS gas-fired water-tube boiler project in Turkmenistan

This large oil refinery is one of the most famous refineries in Turkmenistan. The steam boiler plays an important role in the production. The steam is used for oil refinery processes, including crude distillation, thermal cracking, catalytic cracking and purification. Therefore, boilers are the main equipment, which cause much energy consumption, exceeding one third of the overall energy consumption. The primary purpose of this oil refinery is to reduce the energy consumption. Lebap velayat is rich with the natural gas resources. After carefully considering, ZOZEN provides one set of 40 tph SZS series gas-fired steam boiler for the refinery. The boiler features high efficiency and low consumption. The furnace is large and the heating surface is sufficient, which can make the fuel fully burned. Whole membrane wall structure is adopted for good gas tightness. The thermal efficiency can reach above 98%.
