10 tph SZS condensing gas-fired boiler for cable industry

Jiangsu Zhongmei Cable mainly produces power cables, fire-retardant cables for coal mines, various flame-retardant and fire-resistant special wires and cables. Wires and cables project production process requires a lot of steam, in which the extruder heating, mixing rubber equipment preheating process in the drive 1 ~ 2 h need to use 0.3 ~ 0.4 MPa low pressure steam preheating, cable continuous cross-linking process requires a pressure of 2.5 MPa steam as a heating medium. In recent years, through years of sustained and stable development, the company’s scale and overall strength have been continuously improved. In 2016, Jiangsu Zhongmei Cable replaced coal-fired boilers with gas-fired boilers. ZOZEN and Jiangsu Zhongmei Cable are both in the beautiful coast of Taihu Lake. As we all know, ZOZEN boiler has advanced manufacturing technology and complete equipment, the service life of the boiler is very long. After the inspection at ZOZEN boiler, Jiangsu Zhongmei Cable ordered two sets of  6 tph SZS condensing gas-fired boilers, which can fully improve thermal efficiency.
