SZS series low NOx gas-fired saturated steam boiler for fruit juice industry

Fruit and vegetable juice processing production lines and fruit and vegetable drying production lines are inseparable from the support of sufficient steam heat sources provided by industrial boilers. Yitong Fruit and Vegetable Juice Co., Ltd. was established in 2011, in Xianyang, Shaanxi Province. It is a branch established by Yantai North Andre Juice Co., Ltd. The company can produce 25,000 tons of concentrated juice per year. The products are exported to the United States, Europe and other parts of the world.

In order to actively respond to environmental protection policies, Yitong Fruit and Vegetable Juice decided to purchase natural gas fired steam boilers and set strict requirements on the emission concentration of NOx. After clarifying the actual demand of the Yitong fruit and vegetable juice, ZOZEN provided the design solution of the whole boiler system: the WNS and SZS series gas-fired low NOx boilers ensure the stable operation of the fruit and vegetable juice production line. Among them, the SZS series low NOx gas-fired saturated steam boiler has sufficient heating surface and is designed with sufficient steam and water space to ensure stable boiler parameters; and the full-membrane wall structure ensures excellent sealing performance of the boiler, and the thermal efficiency can be as high as 98% or more. In addition, ZOZEN gas-fired boiler adopts a flue gas circulation ultra-low NOx burner to control the NOx emission while ensuring sufficient fuel combustion. According to the actual measurement, the average concentration of NOx was 28mg/m³, which fully complied with the strict environmental protection regulations.
