9.4MW YQW gas-fired thermal fluid heater for clean-energy industry

Relying on rich experience and powerful comprehensive technology strength, ZOZEN won the bid and provided 9.4MW YQW series thermal fluid heater for them. The heat exchange surface of the thermal fluid heater adopts multi-loop round coil tube structure, which features high security and sufficient heating surface. The waste heat boiler, air pre-heater and economizer are installed on the tails of the thermal fluid heater to effectively improve the thermal efficiency (The thermal efficiency of ZOZEN thermal fluid heater can reach up to 95%). Moreover, this kind of thermal fluid heater adopts perfect running control and safety monitoring device, which can control working temperature strictly and guarantee the safe operation.
