White smoke happens from coal-fired boilers during running.

 

Answer: Fault reason:

(1) The air volume is too small.

(2) The air humidity is too low.

(3) Low exhaust temperature.

 

Troubleshooting:

(1) Adjust the air damper.

(2) Properly reduce the air volume and increase the air inlet temperature.

(3) Take measures to increase the smoke emission temperature.
