ZOZEN YQW series gas-fired thermal oil heater cooperates with Lier Chemical again

Lier Chemical Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the research, development, production and sales of high-efficiency and safe pesticides. Its products have established long-term stable cooperative relations with a number of agrochemical companies such as Dow in the United States and Bayer in Germany.

The gas-fired thermal oil heater is the second cooperation between ZOZEN and Lier Chemical. Last year, the company has ordered SZS series gas-fired steam boiler from ZOZEN, which has reduced production energy consumption and improved production efficiency for Lier Chemical. The low NOx feature of ZOZEN boilers reduces pollutant emissions, and jointly promote environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction with Lier Chemical.

In order to further expand the product range of the glufosinate and improve the core competitiveness of the company, the company decided to take a wholly-owned subsidiary, Guang'an Lier Chemical Co., Ltd. as the main implementation body, to build a new production line and supporting engineering projects with an annual output of 15,000 tons. Since the signing of the project contract, every department of ZOZEN worked together to complete the design, manufacture, and inspection of the YQW series thermal oil heater, ensuring the timely delivery of the equipment. This once-through special industrial heater uses a hot oil circulation pump to impel forced liquid circulation, heat energy are distributed to heat consumers, and then fluid returns back again to be reheated, achieving low-pressure and high-temperature heating.

Strict quality inspection procedures, simple operation and maintenance, and over 98% thermal efficiency make the YQW series gas-fired thermal oil heater a piece of safe, efficient and energy-saving heating equipment.
