After a series of investigations and comparisons of many boiler manufacturers, Changchun Huatao finally purchased ZOZEN's star product of environmental protection - WNS series gas-fired steam boiler. This series of condensing gas-fired boilers is horizontally arranged, compact in structure and small in floor space. The combustion chamber adopts a large-diameter corrugated furnace to reduce the thermal stress and enhance the smoke disturbance, therefore, improving the heat transfer effect. with the advanced low NOx burner, the NOx emissions can be as low as 30mg/Nm³. The spiral finned tube economizer is also installed at the tail of the boiler to reduce the exhaust gas temperature to 60 degrees, and the boiler thermal efficiency can be over 98%. In addition, the boiler's fully automated control system features automatic operation and interlock protection, which meets the requirements for safety and environmental protection of Changchun Huatao production line.
