29MW SZS series gas-fired hot water boiler project for heating industry

Tianjin Normal University is a key construction college of the provincial and ministerial level in Tianjin. It has more than 30,000 faculty members and students. Ensuring such a large group warm in winter is a very important task for the school. Therefore, in the choice of boiler suppliers, Tianjin Normal University conducted a full market research in a rigorous manner.
Among many large-scale heating boiler manufacturers, ZOZEN was recognized and favored by Tianjin Normal University, and the two sides successfully reached a cooperation. Regarding the actual heating demand of Tianjin Normal University, ZOZEN customized the gas-fired hot water boiler system, and recommended several sets of SZS series natural gas fired hot water boilers, which had the characteristics of sufficient output, high thermal efficiency and stable operation. This series of boilers is designed with longitudinal double drums and "D" type chamber structure. The furnace is on the right and convection tube bank is on the left. It adopts a compact structure for a small area occupation. The furnace is designed with narrow distance tube membrane water cooling wall which has good air proof to reduce heat lost, it uses slightly positive pressure combustion without smoke mixture. The spiral finned tube economizer is used at the tail of the boiler to reduce the exhaust gas temperature and make the thermal efficiency up to 98%. The series of boiler also has a water level alarm and high and low water level interlocking and overpressure alarm to ensure the safe and stable running of the boiler.
